Beau joined the family company in 1971, with the guidance of his father, where he worked his way up alongside co-workers.
In 1994 Beau moved into management, and in 1996 took ownership.
Beau has been involved with cars and hot rods and has enjoyed being a member of various car clubs.
Another hobby that Beau is known for is quality custom upholstery.
